Her achievements are part of research focused on sustainable urban planning, environmental planning, as well as issues of vulnerability, risk management, and adaptation to climate change. Her goal is to contribute to building communities that are resilient to natural and human-induced risks. She is also involved in developing strategies for building resilient and innovative neighborhoods, placing her work at the intersection of fundamental research and action research. Her latest book, La ville résiliente : comment la construire? (PUM), which she co-directed, explores the essential conditions for establishing communities capable of facing contemporary challenges.
